Prescription Drug Turn-In Box
The prescription drug turn-in box is no longer available. any unwanted medication can be turned into CVS pharmacy at 106 Milan Avenue, Norwalk, Ohio 44857.
You may also pick up a DETERRA Drug Deactivation System package at the dispatch or records window. DETERRA is a safe, convenient, effective way to neutralize and deactivate pills, liquids and patches. One package will neutralize and deactivate 45 pills or 6 oz. of liquid or 6 patches. Easy to follow directions are located on the back of each package.
